Monday night, June 7, an Androscoggin County Sheriff’s Deputy saved a a Lewiston teen girl from drowning in the Androscoggin.
The 13-year-old was cooling off with friends and family in Cherry Pond. The deputy pulled her from going under and performed CPR until paramedics arrived.
