West Forks Investigation of Transient Accused of Shooting a Gun

Edward Baker, 28, a transient, has been arrested for allegedly trying to steal a vehicle in West Forks this morning, Sept. 14, around 1:30am.

The Somerset County Sheriff’s Office says the owners of Berry’s General Store heard the sound of their vehicle running. The discovered Baker in the vehicle, who then fired a gun shot through the windshield.
