A tomato farm in Madison, has been ordered to pay $250,000 in back pay for violating federal labor laws. Backyard Farms is one of the country’s largest tomato producers.
An investigation has found that they repeatedly violated labor laws by dismissing domestic workers in favor of migrant employees.
